Utchaev Anatoly Borisovitch was born in 1939. Graduated from Institute of Art, Sculpture and architecture by Repin of Art Academy of USSR in 1970. A member of regional, republic, All-Union, All-Russian and foreign exhibitions. Artist-painter.

Utchaev is one of the famous artists of Russia. He created his own art system which consist of his individual way of painting and ideal building of composition.
