Markushina Valentina was born in 1937 in Bryansk. Graduated Saratov Art School in 1959. Member of regional, republic, zone, asn All-Union exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.

The most part of her life Valentina Markushina devoted to the art. Many years she worked as a painter and created batiks. Every batik is a unique artwork. The artists created a lot of works in this technique. In oil painting the painter presents her vision of simple light motives. World of Markushina’s art is breathing by the beauty and joy of life. She sure that every living being has right to be happy, and a human, and a bird, and a flower.
