Kletsel Veniamin was born in Ukraine in 1932. In the years of war moved to Tashkent with parents. Graduated Tashkent Art School and Art Department of Ostrovsky Theatre Institute in 1967.

Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1976. After graduate the Institute lived and worked in Samara. Member of the Union of Israel since 1991. Since 1991 lives in Jerusalem. Member of more than 30 Samara’s regional (since1968), All-Russian (since1969) and international exhibitions, personal also: 1986-1992 in Samara, Russia, 1991-2005 in Jerusalem.

A lot of artworks by Kletsel Veniamin are in private collections in Russia, Israel, the USA, Holland, Germany, the UK, China, Japan, Australia, Canada.
