Was born in 1924. Has entered the Saratov art school in 1939. Has ended school in 1946. With 1946 on 1995 the teacher of painting in Saratov Art School. Has died in 1995.

The artist - painter. The master of the thin, lyrical, picture miniatures written from a nature. V.A.Belanovich was a teacher of many famouse artists of Saratov. As the person and the artist he have not been declined to exhibition activity.

Last years he acted as painter confident in light and an originality. Works are in private foreign assemblies, in Russia, Europe, in Radishev museum. Paintings of Belanovitch are rare, basically they can be found in private collection in Russia, Germany and Israel.
