Moiseikin Vladimir was born in 1925. The painter. Graduated Saratov Art School (1940-1943 and 1949).

Member of regional and republic Art exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1961. The master of portrait, of landscape and genre scene. He played active role in Saratov art life in those years (1950-1970s).

After his death in 1973 his artworks saved in Radishev Museum in Saratov.

His favorite motives was different villages of Saratov region, river Volga banks, farmers.

Some of paintings by the artist are in private collections in France, Poland, the USA, Germany.
