We have a cash refund policy if you wish to return any artwork purchased for any reason. We refund the full purchase price if artwork is posted for return by the customer within 10 days of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 5 days after receiving. We keep your funds until you receive the artwork and send us an e-mail message confirming that you are satisfied with the painting. Even if there is no a confirmation letter from you we keep money until the inspection period expires.

We will refund the full amount of your deposit (shipping costs are non-refundable). You'll have to pay for return shipping and you must use the same postal express service. The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as was sent.

We try to do everything possible for our clients to be pleased with their purchases and our service. Sure the process of return and exchange of the artwork is an unpleasant moment both for us and for you, because all the costs for return shipping and exchange are entirely on you. Therefore we recommend you to select the artworks you want to buy precisely, requesting a maximum of information on the artworks you are interested in.
